- Individual: $75 per student
- Group Sessions: $60 per student (min. 10 students)
- Emergency Testing: $130 per student (appointments outside of normal office hours)
Payments can be made by: Cash or Debit Card
Once you’ve completed the online class, you may call, text, email or select the link below to schedule an appointment for the final test.
If you have not completed the online class, but scheduled an appointment, the appointment will not be considered confirmed until the online class is completed.
Classes are held on some Sundays and various days during the week.
